This traditional stone built croft cottage was originally constructed over one hundred years ago but was completely renovated in the mid 1990s. It
has one double bedroom and an open plan kitchen/living room.
It has a ‘breakfast bar’ and has been fitted with a worktop hob with a combination microwave instead of a standard cooker . Heating is provided by off peak storage heaters, with a solid fuel burning stove in the living area for those cooler evenings. A washing machine is available in an adjacent shed.
The cottage is located to the south east of Benbecula on the shores of Loch Kilerivagh. There is a Co-op shop, with ATM, and a Post Office at
Creagorry which is approximately 2 miles away. The airport, with other shops and amenities nearby, is about 20 minutes away by car at Balivanich.
